Del Mar Property Mgmt is located in San Luis Obispo County on the Central Coast of California. We have recently moved our office to a new complex in Grover Beach. Grover Beach is one of the Five Cities comprised of Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Oceano, Pismo Beach and Shell Beach.

Del Mar Property Mgmt is owned by Wanda Cebulla, who has managed Central Coast real estate since 1990. She is a California Real Estate Broker who specializes in managing and leasing residential properties. She holds a degree in Business Administration with emphasis on economics and accounting. She continually upgrades her abilities by taking specialized property management classes.
